Chances are you’ve received your ballot or you will soon and there’s a hefty list of issues. Need some help deciding how to vote? Wish you could hear it straight from the horses’ (or elephant/donkey’s mouth)?

The Taproot Theatre is hosting an Election Forum this Tuesday from 7 – 9 p.m. Sponsored by Greenwood, Broadview, Green Lake and Phinney Ridge Community Councils the evening is designed to help voters weed through all the issues and hear from local campaigners.

Here’s the Program:
7:00: Welcome and settle in
7:10: Dueling Seattle Early Childhood Education Initiatives
7:45: Reducing Class Sizes State Initiative
8:10: Seattle Transportation Benefit District (for bus transit service)
8:20: 36th District Candidates will introduce themselves and chat about the issues. (Note: Not all candidates can attend.)
8:45: Adjourn and the cafe will stay open for an opportunity for folks to chat with campaigners.

The event is free, but donations are encouraged to help cover the Taproot costs. Rock the vote people!
