Green Lake Ale House Now Open

July 3, 2015 12:49pm

Looking for a place open today for lunch or dinner? Green Lake Ale House opened a few days ago in the former BluWater Bistro space.

While the sign for BluWater is still up, a new permanent Green Lake Ale House sign will likely go up soon.

Green Lake Ale House serves up pub fare like appetizers such as wings, onion rings and “the works tots (with queso, bacon and green onions), soups and salads, burgers, steak, tacos, fish and chips and more. Prices are similar to what they were at Bluwater Bistro ranging from $5-11 for appetizers and $10 – $34 for entrees (the higher priced items being the corn fed Nebraska steaks).

According to their menu (and thanks to reader Alison for sending that our way!) happy hour and weekend brunch are coming soon.

Green Lake Ale House is owned by the company that runs Jak’s Grill. We’d send you to a link for more on the restaurant, but they are so new that an official Facebook page and website is not yet established. But we will keep you posted on news!

Here’s the address: 7900 Green Lake Dr N
