Green Lake’s Nail Garden Now Open
Green Lake’s newest nail salon quietly opened over the weekend, nestled inside Lakeside Plaza at 7900 E Greenlake Dr. N, #109 (near the recently opened Bauhaus Coffee and Bluewater Bistro). The quaint salon features four manicure stations and six pedicure chairs, with soothing earth-colored walls and multiple ventilation systems. Originally slated to open in May, the ventilation systems are actually what delayed the opening by several months. According to the owner, new Seattle codes require much more stringent ventilation posted by each manicure table and pedicure chair.
Nail Garden offers basic treatments including full set ($35-$65), fills ($23-$35) and body waxes ($10-$60). While they accept walk-ins, owner Liz recommends appointments in advance, which they honor.
