Wetherholt Salon & Spa opened in mid December near Green Lake Village on the north side of the lake.

Salon owner Leslie Decker Wetherholt said choosing Green Lake was easy “as my husband and I own the building and I’ve been in love with the character of the building. Seeing it restored to show off it’s 1920’s grandeur was thrilling.”

Wetherholt Salon offers a variety of services from haircuts and coloring to facials, bridal hair and makeup and more.

Wetherholt has been in the spa/salon industry for 34 years and you can tell she is passionate about it. Just ask her about GloMinerals, a product she carries and how she wore while running the New York Marathon in 2014 (which didn’t smudge, by the way).
