Seattle Parks Looking For Seasonal Food Trucks, Activities + Concessions
Do you work in food service or teach fitness classes? Then listen up! The Seattle Parks Department is seeking seasonal partners to operate food services, activities and group fitness classes in various park locations throughout the city of Seattle. Locations vary with sites appropriate for carts, food trucks and other self-contained service businesses.
To apply, submit a proposal to Seattle Parks on or before Monday, March 30, 2015. Proposal applications can be downloaded, picked up in person at the address below or mailed to you. According to the Parks Department, small businesses, women- and/or minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
A concessionaire meeting is scheduled from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the International District/Chinatown Community Center, located at 719 8th Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98104. The meeting is open for aspiring and returning seasonal concessionaires to discuss proposal packets, new ideas or concerns.
