The rumors are true. Green Lake is getting a Bartell Drugs store. The DJC reports that the store will be going into the ground floor of the 6-story apartment building on 419 NE 71st St. that is currently under construction.  According to city permits, the entire structure will have 106 parking spots. No word yet on how many of those spots will be devoted to the drug store which is slated to be 14,600 square feet. By comparison PCC Green Lake Village, which is across the street, is 27,000 square feet. The store is slated to open in 2017.
