Art&Soul Studios and Mockingbird Books are hosting an art class starting Feb. 27th that brings together the inspiration of books and art. 
Storybook Art is a drop-in class with a theatrical story time followed by an art-making exploration inspired by the book. The class explores collage, printmaking, drawing and painting—using art to create our own stories.

Storybook Art is usually $10 a child but the first class on February 27th is free. There is a 10 child limit and they are expecting classes to fill up fast. The age range for the class is roughly 3-6.

This week’s class will explore Little Green Peas by Keith Baker followed by painting and collaging.
