Discussion on Homelessness in Green Lake at Green Lake Community Council Meeting May 10
Homelessness in and around Green Lake is escalating. If you are curious about the steps the city is taking to combat homelessness you should attend The Green Lake Community Council meeting on May 10. The meeting will include presentations from several authorities including:
George Scarola – Director of Homelessness from the Mayor’s office
Colleen Hackett – Crew chief for Parks maintenance for the northwest park region
Alison Eisinger – Director of the King County/Seattle Coalition on Homelessness
The council will be accepting questions from the Green Lake community before the meeting in an attempt to make sure all of those questions are answered. Questions can be submitted here before the meeting.
